3.2 Products may include ISO documentation templates, procedures, forms, manuals, risk registers, or similar materials.
3.3 Products are
not tailored to the Buyer’s specific situation unless explicitly stated.

4. Ordering & Digital Delivery

4.1 Upon successful payment, the Buyer will receive an email with download instructions or direct access to the files.

4.3 The Buyer is responsible for ensuring their email address and technical setup (e.g., software compatibility) can receive and open the files.

5. Pricing & Payment

5.1 All prices are listed in euros (€), excluding applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5.2 The Seller may change prices at any time; however, the price at the time of purchase applies.

6.4 Violation of license terms may result in revocation of access and legal action.

7. Refund Policy

7.1 Because Products are digital downloads, all sales are final.
7.2 Once access to the Product is provided, the Buyer
waives any right to withdrawal or refund, as permitted by consumer law for digital goods.
7.3 Refunds may be considered
only if:

  • The Buyer purchased the same Product multiple times accidentally.

9. Liability

  • Incorrect use or implementation of the Product
  • Incomplete or outdated templates
  • Loss of business, loss of profits, or certification failure
  • Technical issues on the Buyer’s side

9.2 Total liability of the Seller is limited to the purchase price of the Product.

10. Availability & Support

10.1 The Seller aims to keep the Website and Products available but offers no guarantee of uninterrupted service.
